Ruben Wätte har skapat en fantastisk berättelse om Norrtuna i Järna, förorten han växte upp i. Ruben återvänder och följer samma stigar som han gjorde som barn: gården, skidbacken, sjön, soptippen och allt som varje svensk stadsdel med självaktning har, i en eller annan form, berättar Wätte om. Tillsammans med fina bilder skildrar boken Wättes uppväxt på 80-talet: graffitin, skejtandet, festandet och hur det var att bo i ett område med dåligt rykte. Texterna är fantastiska, och när Wätte kopplar sina barndomsupplevelser med utländska fenomen som Nortenos och Surenos i Kalifornien blir allt ännu mer spännande. Visit Norrtuna är en blivande klassiker som kommer få många efterföljare. Varje stadsdel och förort i Sverige förtjänar sin.
